A hospital in the Potsdam, NY area is looking for a gastroenterologist for 24-hour call coverage starting December 7, 2026, for 26 weeks. Full weeks are preferred, or as many days in a row as possible, and the schedule is Monday to Sunday. Weekday call pays $4,023.25 per 24-hour day, which covers the first 8 hours of patient contact each day. Weekend call pays $3,291.75 per 24-hour day. Callback is $402.33 per hour, and holidays pay 1.25x. On weekdays you also see patients in the office (8:00am to 4:00pm) and perform procedures (7:30am to 3:30pm), with a maximum of 2 procedure days a week.
