Gastroenterology Physician

We are seeking a Board-CertifiedGastroenterology Physician for a locums opportunity in central, Massachusetts.This position focuses exclusively on gastrointestinal procedures for adultpatients in a collaborative clinical setting.
The ideal candidate is experienced in routineGI procedures and can provide efficient, high-quality patient care.
Compensation : $500- $520 Per Hour
Responsibilities
Perform upper and lower endoscopicprocedures, including upper endoscopies and colonoscopies.
Provide routine, bread-and-buttergastroenterology procedural care.
Complete approximately 12-16 procedures perday.
Document procedures and clinical findingsaccurately in Epic.
Follow established clinical protocols andpatient safety standards.
Schedule and Practice Details
Three 8-hour shifts per week, ideallyWednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Scheduled hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Procedures-only coverage; no routineoutpatient clinic responsibilities.
Adult patient population.
EMR: Epic.
Approximately 12-16 procedures daily.
Requirements
Board-Certified in Gastroenterology.
Active Massachusetts medical license.
Current BLS certification.
Active DEA registration.
Experience performing upper endoscopies andcolonoscopies.
