Physician - Gastroenterology


Job Details:

  • Provide gastroenterology coverage including procedures and on-call responsibilities

  • Friday: 12:00 PM 5:00 PM in hospital for consults and procedures, then on call 5:00 PM 7:00 AM

  • Saturday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM in hospital, then on call 5:00 PM 7:00 AM

  • Sunday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM in hospital, then on call 5:00 PM 7:00 AM

  • Monday through Wednesday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM in hospital

  • Thursday: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM in hospital, then on call 5:00 PM 7:00 AM

  • Following Friday: 7:00 AM 12:00 PM in hospital

  • APP support available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to approximately 3:00/4:00 PM to assist with consults

  • Anesthesia available in-house

  • Must be available to work the full coverage block

  • Patient population: ages 18 and older

  • EMR system: EPIC

  • ERCP experience preferred; EUS not required

  • Hospital-based practice setting

  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology required

  • Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC/LOQ required

  • DEA required

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience required
