Gastroenterology Physician

A hospital in the Marquette, Michigan area is booking a Michigan-licensed gastroenterologist for five blocks in 2027 and wants the same physician for every block: 3/28 to 4/5, 7/26 to 8/1, 8/28 to 9/1, 9/27 to 10/1, and 11/24 to 11/27. Pay is $440/hr for the clinical day, $700 for each weekday overnight call, and $2,100 for each 24-hour weekend call day. Callback pays $440/hr. You will work a well-established endoscopy team with four procedure rooms, Olympus equipment, propofol sedation, and about 12 patients a day, plus inpatient consults. ERCP and EUS are preferred but not required. Travel is covered. Credentialing runs about 60 days, so a Michigan license in hand matters. The EMR is Cerner and Athena.
