We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Gastroenterologist to join a medical practice in Hanford, California. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and procedural skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and an interest in providing comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with gastrointestinal and digestive disorders.

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including upper endoscopy (EGD) and colonoscopy, as appropriate to the practice.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on digestive health, disease prevention, and management.

• Review laboratory results, imaging, pathology reports, and other diagnostic findings.

• Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists as needed.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to applicable medical, regulatory, and quality standards.

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care while supporting positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship.

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.

• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient management skills.

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
