Gastroenterology Physician

A hospital inRedding, California, is seeking a Locums Gastroenterologist Physician toprovide inpatient and emergency GI coverage. The physician will manage a broadrange of gastroenterology needs and perform required GI procedures at a 265-bedfacility.

Compensation : $3600 Per Day

Schedule & Coverage

• 24-hour call coverage, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
• Weekend coverage required
• On-call responsibilities required

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient and emergency gastroenterology services.
• Evaluate and manage adult patients with a variety of GI conditions.
• Perform all required GI procedures.
• ERCP experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Provide consultation and procedural support as needed.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Active California medical license.
• ACLS certification.
• Active DEA registration.
• Ability to perform a broad range of GI procedures.
• ERCP experience preferred.
