This facility is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.  

Details and requirements for this opportunity: 

Schedule: - ; 3 clinic days and 2 procedure days per week; 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic and procedural setting

Types of Cases: Gastroenterology; approximately 24 clinic patients per 8-hour clinic day and 14–16 procedures per procedure day. Colonoscopies, sigmoidoscopies, upper endoscopies, duodenoscopies, gastroscopies, barium swallows, and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography. Diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal disorders including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, and irritable bowel syndrome.

Credentialing Timeframe: Full privileges required; credentialing meeting is held the third Monday of every month

Electronic Medical Record: E Clinical Works in the office; Epic and Provation at the hospital

Certifications Required: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

Licensure Required: Active New Jersey medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
