One FTE; will accept multiple providers to fill the position if needed

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Night Call: Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 7:00 AM
24-hour call on weekends
Nights and weekend rotation
Requirements
Board Certified
Active Illinois license
Active DEA
Active CSR
Required Procedures / Skills
EGD
Small Bowel Biopsy
Lower GI Endoscopy
Sigmoidoscopy
Colonoscopy
Capsule Deployment
Esophageal dilation
Assignment Details
Number of procedures per locum per day: 12 - 15
Number of hospital based patients per locum per day: 12
Number of patients per day: 15
Physicians in group: 13
Additional clinical responsibilities and opportunities will be performing GI procedures in the hospital campuses GI Labs
