"Gastroenterology NP/PA Opportunity: Oswego, NY Benefits

  • Salary range of $110K to $130K plus wRVU model
  • $5K sign-on bonus
  • Relocation reimbursement up to $10K with receipts
  • Student loan assistance of $15K over the 3-year contract, if applicable
  • 33 days of PTO and CME time, including 6 legal holidays

  • $4,500 annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement

  • Nurse practitioner or physician assistant
  • Candidates available in 2026 or 2027

  • 3-year employment agreement
  • Hospital employed, at the Seneca Hill Health Center campus in Oswego, about 10 minutes from Oswego Hospital
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00a to 4:30p outpatient, some telemedicine
  • Screening services and colonoscopy prep, patient intake, and working side by side with the physicians in clinic
  • Bread and butter GI (screenings, GI bleeds, polyp recalls) with ERCP capability
  • Hospital rounds 1 day a week, possibly more
  • About 20 patients per day in clinic
  • No call
  • Third full-time APP, joining 2 full-time APPs
  • Physicians: 1 full-time general gastroenterologist and 1 full-time gastroenterologist who performs ERCP
  • EMR: Meditech
