Overview

In this role you will provide technical expertise for GC and GC-MS, supporting sales and customers. You will lead product demonstrations, analyze samples, and generate proof data to drive sales. You will deliver training and method development support to ensure customer success, and develop technical content to grow the product portfolio. This position offers opportunities to expand into new markets and shape application guidance for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, assess customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions
  • Plan and execute product demonstrations, analyse customer samples, and generate proof data for sales
  • Deliver training, method development support, and troubleshooting guidance for GC and GC-MS products
  • Develop new application notes and technical materials to support portfolio growth and new markets
Key requirements
  • Degree in chemistry-related field (e.g., chemistry, analytical chemistry, environmental chemistry)
  • Proven industry experience with GC, GC-MS, and related technologies
  • Working knowledge of mass spectrometry software systems
