I'm currently recruiting for an AI / GCP Cloud Architect to help design and deliver cloud platforms that support AI and Generative AI applications. The role combines architecture ownership with hands-on technical input, working closely with engineering, data and security teams to take solutions from initial design through to production.

Key responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure and resilient solutions on Google Cloud Platform .
• Define architectures for AI applications, covering model integration, data flows, APIs and supporting infrastructure.
• Guide the deployment of AI workloads, considering performance, reliability, monitoring and cost.
• Establish architectural standards across security, IAM, networking and cloud governance.
• Support engineering teams with technical decisions, design reviews and implementation challenges.
• Translate business requirements into clear solution designs and communicate recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

We're looking for experience across:

• GCP architecture , including cloud infrastructure, networking, IAM and security.
• AI and Generative AI solutions , including Vertex AI, LLM integration and production deployment.
• Designing scalable architectures for data platforms, APIs and AI workloads.
• Infrastructure as code, CI/CD and cloud governance.
• Working with engineering teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.

• This would suit a hands-on architect who combines strong GCP expertise with practical experience delivering AI solutions.
