GCP Cloud Site Reliability Engineer

Build reliable GCP platforms in Toronto with Kubernetes, Terraform, and site reliability engineering expertise. This hybrid position requires three onsite days weekly.

As a GCP Infrastructure and Cloud SRE Engineer, you will manage enterprise-scale Google Cloud Platform environments. You will design GKE container platforms, develop infrastructure as code, and build CI/CD and GitOps frameworks. The work also covers observability, security, networking, governance, and compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage enterprise-scale GCP cloud platforms
• Design GKE and Kubernetes-based container platforms
• Develop Terraform infrastructure as code solutions
• Build CI/CD pipelines and GitOps deployment frameworks
• Define SLI/SLOs, observability, and reliability standards

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with GCP services, GKE, and Compute Engine
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions or Jenkins
• Experience with SRE practices, monitoring, and incident management
• Proficiency in Linux, Python, and shell scripting
• Knowledge of cloud security, FinOps, and enterprise operations
