As General Manager of Data Operations, you will lead a critical Data Factory function at David AI. You will build teams, scale operational systems, and partner with researchers to unlock model capabilities. The work spans prototype workflows, production pipelines, metrics, and customer-focused delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead Data Product Operations Leads
• Scale audio data pipelines from experiments to production
• Monitor pipeline health, quality, throughput, and cost
• Partner with executive leadership on delivery capabilities
• Translate model capabilities into data workflows and plans

Requirements:

• Five to ten years in high-ownership roles
• Experience scaling operations at high-growth startups
• SQL proficiency and technical fluency with data operations
• Experience scaling systems, processes, and teams
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid pace
