Outlier provides human feedback that helps innovative companies improve AI models. As a content reviewer, you will judge prompt adherence, quality, realism, and conversational clarity. You may pursue or hold a Bachelor’s degree or above while contributing independent, evidence-based assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos
• Judge which output better follows each prompt
• Replay and zoom outputs to identify quality issues
• Rate adherence, quality, and realism dimensions
• Describe observed problems specifically in English

Requirements:

• Fluent English with clear written communication
• Ability to identify distorted anatomy and unnatural motion
• Patience when inspecting visual and audio details
• Ability to make clear decisions between flawed options
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and headphones
