Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to help train AI models for innovative companies. As a Generative AI Content Reviewer, you will judge whether outputs follow prompts, assess quality and realism, and identify issues through replaying or zooming. Your feedback must be your own work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Judge image and video adherence to provided prompts
• Rate outputs across adherence, quality, and realism
• Spot distorted anatomy, flickering, motion, and text errors
• Check whether audio matches accompanying video
• Explain observed evidence clearly in English

Requirements:

• Fluent English and natural conversational speech
• Strong attention to detail during close inspection
• Comfort replaying or zooming into outputs
• Short screening and onboarding participation
• Ratings and explanations completed without AI writing tools
