Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to provide human feedback for AI models. You will judge prompt adherence, quality, realism, natural conversation, and clarity while documenting exactly what you see or hear. Your ratings and explanations must be your own work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compare paired AI-generated images and videos
• Judge which media better follows each prompt
• Zoom in and replay outputs to identify problems
• Rate adherence, quality, realism, and related dimensions
• Explain findings clearly in English

Requirements:

• Fluent English and comfortable conversational speech
• Strong attention to detail during repeated reviews
• Comfort making decisions when both options have flaws
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above
• Complete screening and onboarding requirements
