Generative AI Solutions Engineer

Generative AI engineering meets a hybrid schedule with three office days weekly, focused on practical solutions for productivity, automation, and decisions.

As an Applied AI Engineer, you will accelerate Generative AI adoption within a major organization. You will translate business requirements into solutions while developing assistants, copilots, APIs, and integrations. Your work includes RAG, semantic search, and workflow orchestration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into robust AI solutions
• Develop proofs of concept, prototypes, and reference applications
• Build AI assistants, copilots, and agentic workflows
• Implement RAG with vector databases and semantic search
• Develop APIs, integrations, and enterprise connectors

Requirements:

• Three to five years of software engineering experience
• One to three years developing Generative AI applications
• Strong Python and API development skills
• Hands-on LLM, RAG, embeddings, and semantic search experience
• Understanding of Responsible AI, governance, and security practices
