Generative AI Trainer
Phoenix Oversight Group LLC
Overview
The Generative AI Trainer teaches PhoenixTeam employees and client teams to use generative AI tools safely, confidently, and effectively in their day-to-day work. Reporting to the Managing Director, Chief AI Engineer, this individual contributor designs and facilitates practical workshops, coaches learners through realistic business tasks, and creates reusable training materials that make learning stick.

The trainer combines strong live facilitation and curriculum development with practical fluency in ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable tools, then improves instruction through learner feedback and available adoption evidence.

Evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback, confidence surveys, practical application examples, and appropriately available adoption or usage data; Stay current on relevant AI tools and policy changes, test examples before teaching them, and revise training content through a consistent feedback loop.
