Genomics Data Engineer (Contract) – NGS Pipelines

Revvity Omics is seeking an innovative Bioinformatics Analyst on a fixed term contract of circa 6-8 months. The role involves processing NGS data, building pipelines, developing software, and delivering results to customers from a clinical lab environment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in bioinformatics or related field, 2+ years in bioinformatics, strong Python/SQL/shell skills, and familiarity with AWS and Illumina platforms being a plus.
