Genomics Data Platform Engineer - Python & AWS

Genomics England is hiring a Software Engineer to join the Scientific R&D team, focusing on Python and AWS. You will develop data processing pipelines across national genomic datasets and contribute to cloud-native, scalable services in an agile environment.

You’ll design end-to-end data workflows, build resilient microservices, and stay current with cloud tooling. Hybrid working is offered with office locations including Cambridge and Leeds.
