We are looking for an experienced GIS Senior Functional Support Specialist with strong hands‑on experience in ArcGIS / Esri Enterprise to provide functional application support, troubleshoot issues, and support GIS operations.

  • Provide functional support for GIS applications.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and service requests.
  • Support application upgrades, integrations, and configuration changes.
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
  • Maintain functional documentation, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  • 10 years of relevant GIS experience.
  • Strong experience with ArcGIS / Esri Enterprise .
  • Experience in application support and incident management.
  • Knowledge of GIS application configuration and user access management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
