To support a new implementation, the full-time remote Georgia Licensed Epic Analyst will design, build, test, validate, and support clinical applications, ensuring alignment with clinical and business workflows while providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities Designs and implements future-state workflows in collaboration with department representatives, translating operational needs into system configurations Provides on-site support during Go-live events and troubleshoots issues identified by team members and end-users Develops and maintains documentation and training materials, and conducts training sessions for IT staff and end-users Required qualifications Epic CCM certification is required Preferred certifications include Epic ClinDoc, ASAP, and CPOE (Orders) Four or more years of job-related experience in information technology or healthcare with a Bachelor's Degree, or six or more years with an Associate's Degree or equivalent coursework Strong knowledge of clinical applications and workflows Experience in application design, validation, and system configuration
