Geospatial Operations Lead (Aerial Topographic Surveyor)

In this role, you will own and grow the surveying function within a growing engineering practice, combining hands-on field work with project leadership. You will drive data quality, coordinate external survey partners, and streamline workflows to support scalable geospatial delivery. You’ll work across aerial photogrammetry, LiDAR, and traditional topography, with exposure to TLS, SLAM, and measured building surveys. This is a chance to move from technical delivery into strategic leadership, shaping how the team evolves and delivers value. You will operate in a hybrid setup with clear progression toward senior leadership and a focus on practical impact.

- Around 5+ years' surveying experience
- Strong background in topographical surveying
- Experience with aerial surveying, photogrammetry and/or LiDAR
- Experience using CAD and survey processing software (Pix4D, Agisoft, DJI Terra or N4CE)
- Ability to manage survey projects from enquiry through to final data delivery
- Interest in developing into a leadership and operational role
