As Geospatial Product Manager, you will define and deliver software products that meet customer needs and drive business value within NEC’s Geospatial Solutions pillar. You’ll shape strategy, roadmaps, and go-to-market messaging, working with engineering, sales, and customer success to stay competitive and compliant. You will lead product evolution across geospatial applications, balancing customer insight, market trends, and technical capabilities. This role offers cross-functional impact and the chance to influence product strategy at scale.

- Define and maintain product strategy aligned to pillar and organisational objectives
- Own and communicate the product roadmap and collateral to ensure consistent messaging
- Ensure alignment between customer needs, market trends, and technical capabilities
- Translate strategy into well-defined, commercially sound product backlogs and requirements
- Maximise revenue opportunities through modular, multi-price deployments and upsell
- Collaborate with Public Safety marketing to develop marketing strategies
- Work with engineering to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Prioritise features based on value, risk, and opportunity
- Track delivery progress and support successful launches and releases
- Proactively manage the Product Lifecycle and communicate it to the company and customers
- Stay abreast of technology trends and research competitors to update strategy
- Degree or equivalent in a business or technical discipline
- Proven track record in Product Management in technology industries
- Desirable experience in the Geospatial sector with a track record of delivering technical solutions
- Strong ability to engage diverse audiences (customers, technical staff, partners)
- World-class product insight and ability to inform direction and prioritisation
- Commercially savvy with ROI calculations to drive growth and market share
- Excellent research skills to inform strategy and leadership
- Decisive decision-maker focused on product, market, customer, and company interests
