German-Speaking AI Agent Deployment Engineer

Decagon is recruiting an Agent Deployment Engineer to drive end-to-end AI agent builds for strategic customers. You will own design, implementation, validation, and production deployment, partnering with customers and internal teams to define success and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade agents.

You will collaborate with Agent PMs, Success, Engineering, and GTM to ensure reliable deployments, guardrails, and continuous platform improvements in a fast-moving environment.
