GitLab DevOps Technical Architect

Lead GitLab customer architectures with Terraform and Ansible in a remote, asynchronous environment focused on DevOps and DevSecOps delivery.

As a Professional Services Technical Architect, you will direct engagements from discovery through implementation and handoff. You will create technical designs, deploy GitLab across cloud and on-premises environments, and guide migrations using Congregate. The work supports customer requirements, security, scalability, and Statement of Work alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery from scoping through implementation and handoff
• Design GitLab reference architectures and implementation plans
• Deploy GitLab using Terraform, Ansible, and GET
• Lead source code management and CI/CD migrations
• Coordinate customers, partners, and Professional Services teams

Requirements:

• Experience delivering at least two consulting services
• Hands-on cloud and on-premises infrastructure experience
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and migration tooling
• Strong customer-facing written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience
