Global Background Screening Implementation Lead - Remote UK

Carbon 60 seeks an experienced Implementation Lead to drive a global background screening rollout from initiative to go-live. You will coordinate across HR, Legal, Compliance and technology teams, aligning processes, timelines and risks for a successful implementation.

The role is remote with a UK base, scoped as a 6-month temporary engagement. You will partner with external vendors to ensure readiness, training and smooth transition into business-as-usual operations.
