In this role you will help build and run automated trading systems for electronic market making in FICC, balancing performance with reliability. You’ll work with engineers, traders and sales to enhance price-making and risk management on fast-moving markets. You’ll contribute to a measurable research and execution framework on a global trading floor, using cutting-edge tech to solve complex market problems. • Analyze trading system performance and identify improvements

• Strong academic background in Computer Science or an analytical field such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, etc.

• Proven history of productive interaction with sales, trading and other technology teams
• Experience building systems with low-latency and deterministic performance
• Performance tuning/optimization of distributed systems
