Global Client Support & Analytics Specialist

Intercontinental Exchange Holdings, Inc. is seeking a client support analyst to assist global clients with market data, pricing valuation and methodology inquiries. You will coordinate with data, sales, product and operations teams to provide clear analysis and timely responses.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving and customer-service orientation, with flexibility to cover shifts 8:00 AM–8:00 PM across international time zones.
