Global Compensation Analyst — Power BI & Market Data

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join a Total Rewards team, focusing on analytical and operational compensation work. You will manage salary structures, market data, and pay scale systems, while delivering Power BI dashboards for offers and movements.

Role requires 6+ years in compensation, advanced Excel, Power BI, and strong communication. This is a on-site, contract position based in Calgary or Saskatoon, with 5 days per week on site.
