Global Compliance Director, Private Equity

OMERS / Oxford Properties Group in Toronto seeks a Director, Legal & Compliance to lead global compliance initiatives and provide support to transactional lawyers and investment pursuit teams. You will manage due diligence across North America, oversee the compliance monitoring program for the Oxford business, and coordinate enterprise-wide policies and training.

JD or equivalent law degree required; 5+ years in regulated environments preferred.
