Global CRM & Data Platform Lead

TwiningsOvo is seeking a Global CRM & Data Manager to drive adoption and optimisation of the CDP/CRM platform across markets. You’ll collaborate with local teams, partners and the Global Product Owner to enable data-driven consumer journeys and maximise platform value.

The role focuses on platform utilisation, activation initiatives, staff training, and sharing best practices to unlock consumer data potential. Strong stakeholder management and multi-market experience are essential.
