As Global DevOps Lead, you’ll shape and scale our DevOps practice across a multi-market tech landscape. You will guide distributed teams, drive automation and operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will enable rapid, reliable delivery and transform how we work across the organization. Responsibilities
  • Establish and scale the global DevOps operating model across multiple markets
  • Lead distributed teams and Communities of Practice
  • Drive automation, SRE principles, and end-to-end operational excellence
  • Define and enforce ways of working, process templates, and governance
  • Develop complex dashboards, queries, and integrations to improve observability and delivery
  • Promote IaC (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep) and robust CI/CD practices
  • Coach teams on Datadog adoption for full-stack monitoring and alerting
  • Engage with stakeholders including C-suite to communicate strategy and progress
Key requirements
  • 12-15 years of progressive DevOps leadership experience in complex enterprise environments
  • Proven success in establishing DevOps operating models and driving organizational transformation
  • Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence across a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing demands with strategic focus
  • Exceptional influencing and organizational skills
  • Culturally sensitive and globally minded
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration
  • Azure DevOps (process template management, dashboards, extensions)
  • Datadog observability (full-stack monitoring, APM, log management, synthetic monitoring)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep)
