Global Energy & Resources M&A Associate

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in London is seeking an Associate in the Corporate M&A (Energy and Natural Resources) group. The role involves handling energy and infrastructure transactions and cross-border deals.

The candidate should have 3–5 years PQE, a 2.1 degree, strong drafting and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Working hours are 35 per week with some additional hours.
