Global Enterprise Program Lead - SaaS Delivery

Sprinklr is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead enterprise-level projects for major clients. You will own a portfolio of 5–7 accounts, drive end-to-end delivery, manage scope, risk, and budget, and align with internal and client stakeholders across regions.

You will collaborate with consulting teams, ensure accurate forecasting, and mentor delivery teams to achieve measurable client outcomes. Strong SDLC, web tech knowledge, and PM certifications are highly valued.
