Global Equity Operations Lead

Deel is seeking an Equity Operations Lead to run the equity for EORs service globally, ensuring accurate tax events, payroll collaboration, and Product automation. You will work with Legal, Payroll, People and Finance to scale equity programs while meeting regulatory requirements.

You will drive cross-functional improvements, oversee data integrity for grants, and deliver trainings on tax implications, with a strong focus on compliance across jurisdictions.
