Global Growth & Retention Experience Architect

Intuit is seeking a Staff Customer Experience Professional to design end-to-end CX for Growth & Retention across international markets. You’ll own onboarding, cross-sell, saves, and onboarding-to-value journeys for small business to mid-market customers, in a hybrid Toronto-based role.
