Global HCM Solution Architect

ADP is seeking a Global Solution Designer to lead the end-to-end design of global HCM solutions, spanning HR, Talent, Payroll, and Time. You will drive standardization while balancing local compliance, chair design governance forums, and partner with clients and implementation teams to deliver scalable, future-ready solutions.

You will work across multiple countries, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and guide program delivery from design decisions to handoffs, enabling operational
