Global Head of IT Service Delivery

Gymshark is seeking a Head of Service Delivery to shape and drive our global technology services strategy. You will lead managers across Service Desk, ITSM and EUC, owning the operating model, metrics and executive reporting to ensure reliable, scalable services globally.

You will manage budgets, supplier relationships, and cross-functional roadmaps, partnering with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure to strengthen resilience and security while enabling Gymshark’s growth worldwide.
