Global IT Lead — Hands-On, Security‑Focused Startup

Inpho seeks a hands-on IT Manager to lead infrastructure and data security as we scale across Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax, Calgary, and international sites. You’ll build the function from scratch, perform daily IT work early on, and grow a team around a multi-site operation spanning multiple time zones.

You’ll collaborate with engineering to support EDA and HPC environments while managing budgets, vendor contracts, and licensing.
