Global IT Service Management Architect: Cloud, Automation & AI

Fusion People is seeking an IT Service Management Architect to drive a global transformation in a cloud-first environment (Azure, M365). The role shapes how technology services are designed, transitioned, governed and operated across the organisation with automation and AI-driven service management capabilities.

You will define standards, frameworks and service models for global technology operations, working with stakeholders to establish ownership and governance across the lifecycle of
