Global IT Support Analyst - Apps, Automation & Security

Credit Agricole CIB’s Corporate Support IT team is looking for a new member to deliver end-to-end application support across packaged, SaaS and bespoke solutions — managing L1/L2 incidents, coordinating vendor escalations, and driving timely remediation to keep critical systems running smoothly.

With hands-on experience in Python, PowerShell and DOS scripting, you will build and maintain data transfer interfaces that keep applications talking to each other efficiently.
