Global Key User - M&E Ops & Process Design

IAG Transform UK is seeking a Global Key User to support the SAMOS programme, coordinating processes across workstreams and ensuring alignment between operational needs and design. You will act as a SME within M&E operations, liaising with Super Key Users and central design authorities.

The role emphasizes process design, continuous improvement, and proactive management of risks, issues and stakeholder engagement across OpCos.
