Global Master Data Management Lead / Responsable Master Data Management Global

As MDM Solution Lead, you will own Ipsen's Enterprise Master Data Management capabilities and platform, shaping a scalable MDM strategy across data domains. You will partner with Data Governance, Enterprise Architecture, and business functions to drive data quality, governance, and value realization. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on platform stewardship, enabling data-driven decisions and compliant, efficient operations. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that transform how master data supports analytics, AI, and business processes. • Define and execute the Enterprise MDM strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities
• Lead the evolution of Ipsen's MDM capabilities across data domains
• Drive adoption of enterprise master data processes, standards, and best practices
• Act as the primary business and IT focal point for Enterprise MDM initiatives
• Own the Enterprise MDM Platform vision, roadmap, lifecycle, and value realization
• Design MDM project solutions and ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability
• Define and continually improve the Enterprise MDM operating model and service delivery
• Lead data quality improvement initiatives with data owners and stewards
• Define target architectures for master data management and distribution
• Lead business transformation efforts to harmonize processes and reduce inefficiencies
• Own backlog and demand management for Enterprise MDM, ensuring delivery of releases
• Manage vendor and partner relationships to optimize delivery quality and cost
• Ensure MDM foundations enable Analytics and AI initiatives
• Manage budget, business cases, and cost optimization for MDM investments
• Communicate MDM maturity, risks, and value to stakeholders
• Define team structure and governance with clear owners for each activity
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in incidents, backlog, and SLA performance
• Promote standard integration patterns and reusable MDM services
• Support cross-regional harmonization of master data processes

• 15+ years of experience in Master Data Management or related data domains
• Proven leadership of enterprise-scale MDM platforms, operating models, and transformation programs
• Global team management, vendor and partner management in a matrix environment
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with financial planning, budget management, and business case development
• Deep knowledge of Data Quality, data stewardship, and master data domains
