Global NetSuite Owner/ Administrator

As Global NetSuite Owner/Administrator, you will own and optimise a global financial systems landscape across 20+ countries, delivering automation and operational excellence. You will partner with Finance and IT to implement enhancements, manage a small offshore team, and drive system security, scalability and data integrity. This is a strategic, high-impact role in a growing international organisation, offering ownership of core financial platforms and cross-functional collaboration. • Administer, configure and maintain core financial systems with a focus on performance, security and reliability
• Lead administration and enhancement of NetSuite, Kyriba, Concur, Stripe, Ramp and Boomi integrations
• Develop, test and deploy customisations, scripts, workflows and third‑party integrations
• Manage multiple global projects delivering new functionality across the financial systems landscape
• Lead and mentor a small offshore support team, guiding workload and priorities
• Manage NetSuite biannual release cycle (sandbox, impact assessments, deployment)
• Provide second/third-line technical support and drive continuous improvement
• Design and develop custom reports, dashboards and saved searches for business insights
• Automate processes via workflows, approvals and system enhancements
• Collaborate with Finance and Technology to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
• Produce and maintain system documentation, user guides and training materials
• Ensure financial systems comply with internal controls, governance and regulatory requirements

• At least five years of experience administering and supporting NetSuite in a complex environment
• Strong knowledge of SuiteScript, workflows, saved searches, reports, forms, records and platform configuration
• Experience delivering financial systems projects and managing competing priorities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders across regions and time zones
• Ability to balance technical depth with commercial awareness
