As a senior Pay Equity Professional, you will lead global pay equity analyses and translate complex regulations into scalable processes. You will partner with Compensation, HR, Legal, and People Analytics to ensure fair pay practices across countries. • Lead global pay equity analyses with robust statistical modeling and longitudinal interpretation
• Serve as SME on pay equity and pay transparency regulations across US, UK, and EU
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable internal processes and analytics
• Identify pay equity risks and co-develop remediation strategies and governance controls
• Develop and document global pay equity methodologies, standards, and best practices
• Prepare data-driven insights for senior leadership and support executive and Legal reviews
• Act as a technical advisor and mentor on complex pay equity topics

• 12+ years of relevant experience in pay equity or compensation analytics in a global organization
• Deep knowledge of pay transparency and gender pay regulations (US, UK, EU)
• Advanced analytical capability with ability to explain complex findings clearly
• Ability to work independently on complex, sensitive issues
