Hopper is seeking a Sr. Manager of Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations to lead and modernize our payroll and equity framework. This role reports to the Head of People Operations & Workforce Technology and focuses on scaling a secure, automated operating model with strong cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage a small team, drive platform consolidations, ensure compliance, and partner with Finance, HR Tech, IT, and local providers to mitigate risk and enable rapid growth.
