Global Payroll, Mobility & Equity Lead

Wordsmith is building the legal operations platform for in-house teams and we are growing fast. This senior, IC role owns the operational backbone of People: payroll, mobility, PEOs, equity administration, HRIS, and related systems.

You'll implement the leadership's pay philosophy and equity strategy with an audit trail, ensuring accuracy and automation across UK payroll and multi-country operations. Based in our London office with close collaboration to Finance and Leadership.
