Lyft is seeking a Business Systems Lead for Payroll & Time within People Technology to own the Dayforce migration across multiple countries. You will partner with the systems integrator or Dayforce services to translate policy into technical requirements, validate builds, and drive cutover and steady-state configuration.

This role sits in CEIT and partners with Payroll Ops, HR, Legal, and Finance. You will ensure compliance, manage risks, and advocate for accurate pay rules across markets.
