Global Platform Operations Lead

Talon Outdoor seeks a senior Platform Operations Manager to lead the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of our platform stack. You will manage platform engineers, drive operational excellence, and align business needs with engineering and external partners.

In this senior role, you will own major incidents, define strategy, implement runbooks, and ensure scalable global operations across UK, US and offshore teams.
